Health Services and Partners
The Deaconess Health Check Clinic – provides state of the art medical care services at the Esther Marie Hatton Center for Women and the David and Rebecca Barron Center for Men. The clinics are operated by NeighborHub Health’s Health Care for the Homeless Program, which focuses on treating the whole person including medical care, behavioral health care, medications, laboratory testing, health education, referrals to specialists and help getting you access to other services you might need. Our experienced family medicine doctors are familiar with issues people face when confronted with homelessness and it is our goal to be every patient’s medical home. Medical and behavioral health services are provided regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
